Emily and Dave merged forces in 2006 to create Scriven & Booth, a unique team that blends experience and innovation to help clients buy and sell real estate. This combination of talents and experience proved to be a great success. They’ve been honored as producing within the top 1% of RE/MAX equity group and have been recognized as #1 in their office.
A native of Portland, Emily Booth obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license in 2000. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in the School of Journalism and Communication from the University of Oregon in 2004. After assisting up to 30 Realtors for several years, she became a multi-million dollar producer within her first year of full-time real estate sales in 2008. In 2009, she was honored with the Top 10% Award at RE/MAX equity group.
Emily understands her clients well, making her a natural and trusted friend to both buyers and sellers. Past clients refer Emily because of her strong work ethic and excellent service. Continuing with additional education and staying current on the rapidly changing real estate market is very important to Emily. She has earned additional designations including: Certified Distressed Property Exert, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and is in the process of earning her Certified Investor Specialist, and Certified Residential Specialist designations.
Emily resides with her husband in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
